@cbrandonchapman @GetSpectrum Boy do I have a story! A few weeks ago my service didn’t work. Come to find out Spectrum got someone else’s move order (to SC) mixed up with my acct. It took almost 2 weeks to fix! It was horrible and they tried to blame me!

41 minutes later and @GetSpectrum can’t cancel my cable because of a pending phone line request from September that I never made.... and I get to call back in a week and lose another hour of my life.

@Ask_Spectrum why do you guys constantly have "planned maintenance" but do not warn your customers of it? So either you're inconsiderate or you're lying. Either way, it's unacceptable. I guess you can treat your customers like garbage when you own a monopoly!
